Overview

John Hawkins is set to retire from his post as police chief of the small town of Lone Crow, that is tucked away in the deep woods of northern Ontario. The film's pace is very, very rough. The writing is extremely rough. The acting is very rough. There's many long pauses that take up so much of the runtime. The practical effects are the best part of the film. I recommend not watching unless you're into terrible movies.
