The 2008 Circus Revue with Denmark's best revue actors: Ulf Pilgaard, Lisbeth Dahl, Henrik Løkkegaard, Ditte Hansen, and Niels Ellegaard. Walter's a handsome airline steward who catches the eye of Inge, winner of Malaga's Miss Moonlight contest. Kriss is deeply frustrated by this, until he realises that Linda, the young girl in the film, actually exists in the shape of the film's star, the actress Ulla Vilstrup. Setting fire to the hospital, Kriss and Willy escape into the night, determined to find her, because life is what you make of it.

The picnic baskets are overflowing, and the alcoholic beverages have certainly not been forgotten as the staff sets off for Bakken in a rented bus. Beer and spirits are consumed in abundance. As the booze flows, inhibitions are cast aside. In the increasingly boisterous atmosphere, one employee after another passes out. And the bus? Well, it can be hard to find in the booze haze! The fun never ends, and neither does the laughter.

Quickly realizing that the girl is alone, Larus brings Tinke some food and slowly builds a friendship with her. Tinke, whose parents died within the past year, has managed to survive by her own devices in the wild and has hence become quite feral. Larus convinces Tinke to come to his home so that his parents can take care of her

A motley crew must spend the night at a small, remote railway station. Strange occurrences and old stories about a ghost train that is supposed to pass through the station do not exactly contribute to a cozy atmosphere. However, the haunting turns out to be a ruse covering up smuggling activities, and one of the travelers turns out to be a detective on the trail of the smugglers. Based on the 1923 play The Ghost Train by Arnold Ridley.
It cannot be said that the two actors Kurt Karlsen and Valdemar Hansen are particularly successful. The audience often has to ask them to stop, and financially things are not going well either, so they have to flee from their hotel bills. In a provincial town, Professor Andersen has just died, and when the two actors arrive in town at the same time, they are mistaken for the professor and his assistant and are given accommodation at one of the town's hotels as guests of honor. Then events take a turn for the worse. A bank director, a lawyer, and a contractor are very eager to see the late professor's invention continued, as the formula was lost when the professor died. Who will win in the end? The suspicious businessmen, the two actors, or two young people who love each other? And how many times will bank assistant Johansen lose his job?
With "The Normans," painters Paul Gernes and Per Kirkeby wanted to make a film about the Viking Age, but not a traditional fiction film set in that period. Instead, the film has a contemporary setting, in which a guide shows various historical sites and tries to bring the past to life, even though she has only one interested listener. Within this framework, episodes from Danish mythology are brought to life: King Skjold, Rolf Krake, Regnar Lodbrog, the Battle of Svold, etc. The film mainly follows the account in Saxo's chronicle, but also dramatizes a story by the Arab author Ibn Fadlan. He described the cremation of a Viking chieftain in Russia around the year 900, where, among other things, a slave woman was sacrificed after ritual intercourse. The film is based on a number of historical and archaeological studies. The loose form is intended to emphasize how fragmentary our knowledge of the Viking Age actually is.
The young girl Johanne is left by her mother at a solemn convent school. The school is a strange world to her, and when she feels unable to comply with the demands of faith she faces a difficult decision.
Rosa is a successful psychologist and author. She has two children with her husband Frederik, who runs a mechanic's workshop for luxury sports cars. Prop & Berta is the story of a friendship between a little stout man and a big and proud cow, who are able to talk to each other. Together they confront an ugly and evil witch who is determined to get rid of them because they have moved into a house on the edge of her wood. The witch hates neighbours and through magic and evil planning she turns Prop and Berta's friends, the Teeny burpers, into dangerous hoodlums who begin to terrorize the nearby town. Prop and Berta manage to overcome the witch and turn her into a good person, restoring peace in the little town and breaking the spell which binds their friends.
Two Danish youngsters see action in the USSR as volunteers in a special legion under German command in 1944-45. Returned to a camp in their native country, they go AWOL, having first killed a couple of officers. They are now being chased through a wintry Denmark by the German Army, Danish Quislings and the Danish freedom fighters. Love crosses their path when they take a Jewish girl as hostage.
