The main character, a forty-year-old doctor, tries to cope with situations that life throws at her as a successful dentist, but a less successful mother, lover, and ex-wife. The heroine's relationship with her daughter, lover, mother, and ex-husband is portrayed very convincingly and without the slightest idealization, reflecting the ambiguity and controversy of the contemporary female condition. Although the author accumulates in his novel and television script almost all the paradoxes of today's self-employed woman in the heroine, nevertheless (or precisely because of this) her story reflects the experience of most contemporary women. Especially those who place high demands on themselves and others, which, however, can rarely be met one hundred percent. And if it turns out that we owe the greatest debt to our own daughter, then it is no surprise that everything starts to change completely...
"A documentary anatomy of mass murder for one monitor and 34 talking heads." These are the words the filmmakers use in the credits to describe their project, which thematises the execution of more than 260 Carpathian Germans, Hungarians and Slovaks by Czechoslovak army soldiers near Přerov in June 1945. The “massacre at Přerov” is made present through a minimalist dramatisation of the interrogation footage of direct participants, eyewitnesses, and others. It is as if the characters of ancient theatre were entering the Zoom “stage” and delivering a tragic message of fear, hatred and disinterest across the chasm of time.

The Horváth family is a Romani family with seven children, and the story begins with the tragic death of the father. His wife, Vera, is suddenly in a fight with the authorities, determined to keep her large family together at all costs, but she is hopelessly ill-prepared for the task. They are evicted from their home and her case-Vera versus the city-finds its way to a young, ambitious lawyer. She doesn't know the world of the Romani, nor is she particularly interested in it. Initially she takes the case as a springboard for her career. Despite her prejudices, incomprehension and sometimes Vera herself, she doesn't abandon the case. Luckily she is not the only one who sides with the family. There is a social worker whose attempts to help the Horváths are also motivated by his entirely private interest in the attractive lawyer.

The proven trio of creators Nebeský-Trmíková-Prachař used an ancient theme for original variations and reflections on the relationship between women and men and on the boundaries that cannot be crossed, even when love turns into mad hatred. The creators also invited painter I. Korpaczewski, conceptual artist M. Titlová Ylovsky, and musician J. Šikl to participate in the production, directly involving them in the dramatic form, thus creating the work in action, right in front of the audience.

This documentary aims to refresh half-forgotten facts through the historian and specialist in modern Czech history, Charles University professor Jan Rychlík, author of the book Podkarpatská Rus v dějinách Československa (Carpathian Ruthenia in the History of Czechoslovakia). At the same time, it aims to shed light on the emergence of the Czech nation, which, unlike the Rusyns, rose up from a mass of semi-literate peasants in the 19th century. Not every human community is able to overcome itself, maintain and cultivate its level. This challenge is still relevant today!

Children join folklore groups at an early age, but their relationship to them is formed only gradually, there are more than enough external stimuli that affect them. However, the prospect of performing abroad changes their relationship to folk songs and dances and disrupts their previously strong friendships. Horác takes this very badly, as do the others—but they are somehow indebted to the director. The tension in the cottage gradually increases, and the director is found dead. The police cannot get to the cottage because of a storm, so the experienced Commissioner Vašátko takes charge of the investigation. The cottage is full of people who have strong motives for murder...

At the wedding, which cost a fortune, but he discovers that he already has an eight-year-old son, which will definitely not please the newlywed. not to lose his wife on his wedding day, to take care of his child, which is a long way from him, to get from Vysehrad to somewhere higher, or to fight with the practices of a certain football Dad... It's just rushing like an avalanche again - from one problem to another second.

The main characters of the fairy tale are two tinkers, a now extinct profession in which men travel the countryside and repair earthenware pots for peasants and the like. The older of them, Jura, tries to earn some extra money in all sorts of ways other than honest work, while the younger Martin is an honest man from the bone and a hard worker to behold. We also meet poor Vojta, who catches birds, the beautiful and rich Eliška and robbers, but most importantly we understand that honesty will get you the furthest in life.

His wife Sára, with whom he no longer lives but maintains a very friendly relationship, takes care of his taxes. Zdeněk has a rather attractive gardening show on television. In order not to lose out, Sára invented Miss Flintová, to whose account she sends generous sums for alleged PR services. The enterprising tax advisor extended Miss Flintová's activities to her other clients as well. It is a million-dollar fraud.No wonder the tax office is taking an interest in Miss Flint. They are searching for her diligently. Even the surprised and indignant honest man Zdeněk learns of the existence of the non-existent Miss Flint. Where to conjure up Miss Flint all of a sudden?

Through the intertwining fates of three couples, it evokes domestic life before November 1989, burdened by a suffocating atmosphere of unfreedom, and after November, when relatively nothing has changed because people have not changed. The bleak conclusion suggests that the plague epidemic is still ongoing.
