This land is as diverse as its people, who hold a unifying identity of fun-seeking exploration. Tales from Cascadia follows the adventures, misadventures and relentless heckling of the Blank crew; featuring some of the industries most dynamic and entertaining athletes. Six tales that evoke a higher perspective, a road less traveled, a never-ending winter frozen in time. Born from scattered conversations, gleaned memories, and the whims of a season, Cold Calls traverses the moods of the white world: storms in Whistler, Japanese powder, Norwegian vastness, rare sunny spells in Alaska. Each call becomes a story, funny, serious, or simply human. In the end, nothing was really planned, but everything seems to fall into place. In doing so, it questions the reasons that drive us to act this way and reveals the inexplicable joy that skiing brings.
