In the middle of a strange mental breakdown connected to a new drug called «daisies», Franklin Cloud returns to the neighborhood he grew up in, wishing to find a place to start over, somewhere to belong… and some more “daisies”.
In the final days of summer, a young ornithology student is about to leave the rural area where he has spent the past few months monitoring a bird population. Before leaving, he enters the forest with a friend to remove the markers that delineate his study area. As night falls, the walk through the woods becomes a farewell enveloped in memories and silences that surpass words.
