Sakaguchi (Takashi Kitadai), the fourth leader in the Yamazaki Family, and other members of the group scramble to prove their innocence. Black Connection

In the 1970s, a legendary organisation of 6,000 delinquents, a motorcycle gang that was growing in size and intensity, moved to Shibuya's Centre Street. In the 1990s, the delinquents moved to their base in Shibuya's Centre Street, shedding their suicide uniforms and becoming teamers. Numerous teams fought each other, transforming themselves into a group of unruly youths. Acting on Kuroiwa’s (Susumu Terajima) tip, Special Investigator Matsumiya (Gen Hongo) summons Okada, but the tense exchange nearly turns explosive. Outside the station, Himuro and Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) lie in wait—until they spot Kawatani (Hitoshi Ozawa) watching too. Just before they act, they stop him.
