A bus is driving along a straight road in the quiet countryside. At a stop, a creepy cross-dresser with a shovel gets on board. He immediately smashes the head of one of the passengers and tells the driver to not stop for anything. The murderous transvestite tries to force one of the passengers, Chu-ya, who has met him before, to marry him. The bus quickly becomes a hellish scene as the passengers start to get involved.
