September 29 sees G1 Climax 31 make its first Korakuen Hall stop. It’s B Block action in the hall, as the opening act of the tournament is completed and participants look to be in the best shape possible before entering the difficult middle phase.
As the G1 approaches its midway point, Shizuoka will see the B Block competitors battle for control at the top of the standings, and survival at the bottom.
After stops in Shizuoka and Aichi, the G1 returns to Korakuen on Monday October 4, with B Block bringing the tournament past the midway point and into an intense second half.
B Block wrestle their seventh matches in Sendai on October 12. With just over a week to go in the tournament, these matches will be critical in determining the final players next week in the Nippon Budokan.
The sixth night of B Block action hits Kochi on October 8. Less than a fortnight remains in the tournament of tournaments, with tonight’s action being crucial to the key players as we get on the final stretch.
Yamagata sees G1 Climax’s B block wrestle their eighth and penultimate matches, with block finals in the Nippon Budokan on Wednesday October 20, all leading to the grand final on the 21st.
