Roque starts University in Buenos Aires but he is not particularly interested in attending classes or working towards a degree. Instead, he dedicates his time to one of the many groups vying for control of the university, motivated less by grand political ideals than by a wish to get close to Paula, an attractive young teacher heavily involved in internal university politics.
La Paz is the story of Liso, a young man who emerges from a psychiatric institution and tries to re-adapt to daily life in the universe of his middle class family and neighborhood. Though everything seems difficult, under the surface and very subtly things start to change for him.
A creative fusion of music and storytelling inspired by the Zapotec rock band DIZĂ. Drawing from the richness of Zapotec culture and language, it invites audiences to reflect on the importance of preserving Indigenous heritage while celebrating its enduring legacy.
