I Miss Sonia Henie

One camera in one setting, one attic and eight young directors – the result is a unique Dadaistic collage of seven short sketches. The original task for each filmmaker was to keep each short under three minutes, to set it in one hotel room, and to include the sentence “I miss Sonja Henie." This experimental film was shot over a single night at the international film festival FEST in Beograd in 1971.

Loveless Zoritsa

The story takes place in modern-day eastern Serbia, still fertile ground for various forms of superstition and prejudice. Zorica is a village girl who carries a curse. Ever since her first boyriend mysteriously drowned in the river, men around her are dying in most bizarre ways. The plot thickens when stubborn policeman Maane who doesn't believe in 'village tales' tries to investigate whether Zorica is a serial killer or a girl looking for love.

She needs to get the records of some world-famous star, and to provide in that way banking credits for building of studio. After many troubles and comic situations, in which the alleged cleaning lady gets because of her good looks, the manager will finally spend a few years in prison.

How Come It's All Green Out Here?

Nikola, 34, is a commercial director, he’s about to become a father for the first time, and he dreams of one day taking his young family on a road trip in an old van he wants to convert into a camper. Over the course of one weekend, however, accompanying his father and extended family to a small village in Dalmatia, where his grandmother’s remains are to be buried, he finds himself looking to the past instead of the future. Ostensibly, nothing remarkable happens during the course of the journey.
